Spotlight on the Knot Top

This week the spotlight is on the Knot Top, one of our classic garments and a variation of the Dot Top. The bold Celtic Knot pattern is a firm favourite in our collection and instantly connects you to our Scottish roots. Short in the body, with overlong sleeves designed to fold back at the cuff. The Knot tops is a loose fitting style with inset sleeves that leave plenty of room around the shoulder and bust.

Knot tops are made using light weight Irish linens, knitted on a loose tension that creates a versatile and practical garment.

The bold knot work lends itself well to picking out contrasting or complimentary colours. The double knitting at cuff and hem folds back to reveal the pattern with colours reversed.

Designed to be worn on any day, you can wear it over a camisole or long sleeved top depending on the weather. Breathable and easy to care for, you’ll have no option other than to wear it often!
