Spotlight on Skerries

We wanted to show you some of our, and your, favourite single colours that we knit with. We’re kicking off with Skerries, a pale blue linen that we use to create capes, snoods and Ettrick tops. Lucy claims that the light blue goes with nearly every outfit she wears in the autumn and winter months and our friend Sandra at Tanstar Gifts in Invergordon won’t be seen without her cape and snood set either in the chilly days! Skerries is a light baby blue that makes us think of the sky on a sunny day, powder blue robin’s eggs or a fluttering butterfly.
