Outlander Knitwear: Made in Scotland!

We are delighted to announce that Bill Baber Knitwear are now producing official Outlander Knitwear for AbbyShot!

These are the ONLY, officially licensed by Sony, Outlander Knitwear pieces that are Made in Scotland. We are so pleased to be representing Scotland and creating the Fraser’s beautiful knitwear in the country that first inspired Diana Gabaldon!

Who knew back in 2014 that Claire Randall would capture our hearts, go on to become Claire Fraser and inspire us all to start wearing gorgeous knitwear! Claire’s Arm Warmers in an olive green shade are an iconic piece that we were very excited to recreate for AbbyShot. All the official Outlander pieces feature an Outlander, The Series logo swing tag with the Sony Picture Television legal line to prove they are officially licensed. The picture of Jamie and Clare draws attention to the Knitwear as well as reassuring buyers.

We’ve also created a Rhenish collection, inspired by Claire’s favourite wine, that consists of Rhenish Arm Warmers and a matching Rhenish Cowl that features subtle Celtic detailing within the wool. This warm, deep red wine colour, knitted in a soft Donegal spun Merino wool, isn’t quite as comforting as Jamie’s arms but it’ll have to do for most of us!

We are currently working on a Sontag shawl design for Abbyshot – do let us know what you think! This is still very much a work in progress so there will be changes but you know we love to share a sneak peek whenever we can….
